The WorkerClaw.ai platform, operated by Workeron.AI, respects your privacy. This Policy is designed in compliance with GDPR requirements and describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect

Contact Data: Email (mandatory), Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, phone number (optional) - collected during registration and completion of gamified quests.

Usage Data and Analytics: Activity metrics, click histories, and logs of interactions with agents. We use PostHog to collect product analytics.

Payment Data: Your payment details are processed directly and securely by our PCI-compliant or specialized crypto payment partners (Airwallex, Stripe, 0xProcessing, Coinbase Commerce). We do not store your full credit card details or private wallet keys on our servers.

AI Agent Logs: Texts of your prompts and agent responses, as well as message logs from connected channels (Telegram, WhatsApp) necessary to provide the service.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as PostHog) to track activity on our Service and hold certain information for security, analytics, and marketing purposes. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

3. How We Use Data

To automatically deploy and manage your AI agents.

To operate the built-in CRM system, qualify leads, and segment the audience.

For marketing and retargeting: your contact data may be integrated with Google Ads and Meta to create lookalike audiences and advertising campaigns.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared exclusively with technical partners to provide the services:

LLM Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral. Prompts are transmitted to generate responses.

Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting and database providers (Hetzner, Supabase / PostgreSQL).

Analytics and Marketing: PostHog, Meta, Google.

Payment and Crypto Gateways: Airwallex, Stripe, 0xProcessing, Coinbase Commerce. Data is transmitted only to facilitate secure transaction processing.

5. Data Security

We apply advanced security measures:

Each client instance runs in an isolated Docker container.

We use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest.

Authorization is secured using JWT and session management (Supabase Auth / Clerk).
