1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the WorkerClaw.ai platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Platform"). The Service is operated and provided by AmA Invest Capital Limited (doing business as AI Transformation Agency Workeron.AI), hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", or "us". By registering on the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Age Restriction: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

WorkerClaw.ai is a cloud-based managed platform for the instant deployment of personal AI agents. The Service provides infrastructure (dedicated isolated Docker containers), access to AI models (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Mistral), and integration with messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).

3. Internal Economy and Payments (Tokens)

Token System: Access to computing power and AI models is provided through an internal balance system ("Tokens" or "Energy"). The system automatically allocates funds to pay for servers and LLM requests.

Payment: Balance top-ups and subscription payments are processed securely via our authorized payment service providers, including Airwallex and Stripe (for fiat currency), as well as 0xProcessing and Coinbase Commerce (for cryptocurrency payments).

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Due to the digital nature of the services, the immediate allocation of cloud infrastructure, and non-refundable costs paid to third-party AI providers, all payments for tokens and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use WorkerClaw.ai to:

Generate illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

Violate the Acceptable Use Policies of third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Send mass spam through connected communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, Telegram).

5. Limitation of Liability and AI Specifics

AI Specifics: You understand that artificial intelligence may make mistakes, generate inaccurate information ("hallucinations"), or behave unpredictably. The Company is not liable for any business decisions made based on the responses of AI agents.

"As Is" Provision: Services are provided on an "As Is" basis. We strive for 99.9% platform availability, but we do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party APIs (messengers or AI providers).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong.
